In terms of the class point, the class point will be consumed once the class has started. However, if you inform your Learning Advisor 24 hours before the start of the lesson with the reason your child miss the class, we will provide an additional class point for future consumption.

I am going away for a holiday and I will miss several classes, could I suspend my child’s group classes?

How is the LingoAce's small group class taught and how is it different from LingoAce’s 1 on 1 programme?

Small Group Class is only available for SG Syllabus program in Singapore.

In the small group class, a maximum of 4 students are allowed per class to ensure the learning effect of students. The lessons happen twice a week at a pre-determined timeslot.

LingoAce's Small Group Class are taught at the same speed as the school. One lesson will be automatically deducted after each class starts.
